I used to be active growing up, but as life became busier, fitness slowly slipped out of my routine. Like many people, I kept telling myself I would get back to it someday. About two years ago, that began to change. Someone close to me encouraged me to take my health more seriously. That conversation stayed with me — it made me pause and realize how easily I had been putting my well-being last. So I decided to start. Not perfectly, just consistently.
Like most people, I tried the usual paths. I downloaded fitness apps, followed training programs, worked with human coaches, and used AI tools to guide my workouts and nutrition. Each helped in its own way. Coaches offered accountability, apps provided structure, and AI added flexibility. But over time, it became clear how difficult it was to sustain progress when guidance depended on schedules, availability, or stitching together multiple tools.
Everything worked, just not together.
I found myself repeating information, adjusting plans manually, and trying to connect the dots. When something changed in my schedule, energy, or body, nothing truly adapted with me. Still, I stayed committed. I lost over 10 kg, built strength, formed better habits, and started feeling like myself again.
As I progressed, one thing became clear. The challenges do not disappear as you gain experience. They simply change. Beginners need help starting. More experienced individuals need help progressing safely, avoiding plateaus, and adapting as life evolves. That insight shaped AivaFit.

Training has been part of my life for over 15 years. Over time, I built a strong foundation in proper technique, programming, nutrition, and recovery. Even with experience, managing fitness felt unnecessarily complicated. I used one app for workouts, another for calories, my phone for steps, and notes for everything else. Each tool helped a little, but none worked together.
